I made a complaint on June 30 regarding the chic that works the front desk at the office on W. Third St and I just received a call back from the supervisor regarding a totally different situation not related to the complainant and I was confuse!! So complaining with this company does no good because I assume they accept total rudeness from the people that greets the customers! So sad and disappointed!! You guys are something else

Had me waiting on hold for over 10 minutes. Then told me to come on in. Then with another lady right behind me the worker asked for my phone number and pin number for the wic card. I thought that was very inconsiderate. Lack of privacy with important info. Should have had me write it down.

Great place for low cost Doctor care done on a sliding scale. Very professional and offer great info for those who might need other assistance. Don't be afraid of the location for those of you nervous about the address it's a nice clean very professional facility right by the Wright Brothers Bicycle Shop on W Third. Great people on staff here. It's good to know Dayton has these facilities!
