Disappointed in Daltile. Paid $1152 for CS95 Sapphire Lagoon STD glass mosaic tile. CS9521BJMS1P weight 3.25 lbs per SF (total 148.17) Ended up with one unopened box plus 2/3 box of tile. Tim said I cannot return for credit even though Sandra said there was plenty in the storehouse. What does a person in their 80’s do with all this extra tile. They should at least give me credit for unopened box. Be Aware when ordering from Daltile.

Danielle is 5 star service!! She did an awesome job helping us to tastefully finish of sunken tub project. Her creative design of different style tiles helped us elevate our project. Actually pulling samples so we could hands one see and feel them was greatly appreciated. Would highly recommend her for all your tiles needs PS... The new showroom is mind blowing!!

Design consultant, Danielle, was very helpful, knowledgeable of their product, and great with customer service. She was able to find the correct color and design of the ceramic floor tile I was looking for. On top of that, she was able to shipped me the tile sampler at home. It's a perfect match.
