Absolutely horrible. I was driving home from work on my street, when a minivan owned by these jokers pulled out RIGHT IN FRONT of me in an extremely dangerous manner. The driver and woman in the passenger seat then proceeded to flip me off and yell at me when called out on it. These people are F*****g Simpletons with a capital F.S. Ride at your own peril.

So as I sit here reading over these reviews most have said not trustworthy, drivers are rude etc. Well I have been using this company for the past week non stop, going to Akron, Springfield, Athens, Dayton Etc & not once have I felt unsafe or that the driver was rude. They are always quick to respond to me, respectful, polite no complaints from me. Keep up the good job. I'm a regular customer for this company.

First thing when I called was how Kong’s the wait then 2 thing was how much I understand that maybe you did not hear me you ask me when would I need the ride I said ASAP your response was we are very busy at this time so what’s the point in asking me when I need a ride if your very busy Im giving 2 star because im not to sure how well this company is once they pick you up but the gentlemen that picked up the phone was nice at first then got rude because he did not hear me ask when are you Available but he did ask me where I needed to go when I had asked what her availability was so maybe he did hear me I don’t know we got rude when he said we’re very busy I guess I’ll try another cab company
