I work to pay $770 in rent just for the pool to only be open Monday through Friday 9-5. We pulled up at 450 after working all day and the guy was extremely rude and pointed to the sign. I’m not sure for what reason other than to inconvenience your residents because it used to be open daily 10-8 and there’s not even a lifeguard on duty anymore.

Hey soooooo let me say I just moved in today and Candace is a goddess when I tell u I applied in November and had to push my date back 2 times and that Queen helped every step , plus shes gorgeous!!! 10 outta ten

I would rate this place about a 3.6. I like my apartment, especially the balcony, and the price and location are decent. But the management can be annoying to work with. They have really stupid rules sometimes. During covid (2020) they "claimed" the pool was "open" but they made a rule that people could only use it from 9-5 on weekdays. Which really meant that I couldn't use it. They also have a stupid rule about subletting. In the rental contract they claim that they let people sublease with their permission, but then they told us over the phone that they just don't let people sublease at all and that they never give permission under any circumstance (they could have at least been clear and put that in the contract). They refused to work with us on it, and they just want us to pay $2,000 to be able to get out of our lease.

My fiance and I have been renting a one bedroom for about 5 months now and up until this past month everything has been good. I love going down to the office to talk with Janice and the other ladies. Recently Dayton has been under attack from people stealing car parts. My car has been vandalized twice in the past month even though I live right outside the office. It's not the fault of the apartments for this and the ladies in the office were very helpful in calming me down and providing good information on what to do next. Can do without the crime, but still good apartments
