We’ve went to this place 3 nights in a row while on a trip to the area. Food is pretty good (had the 9pm menu) beer selection is solid, wait staff is attentive. Can’t think of a thing for a bar atmosphere to complain about.

Terrible experience. Came in with my boyfriend to have an early dinner on Saturday and we each ordered a beer and a burger. After taking a couple drinks of my beer, I noticed what looked like ranch spilled down the inside of the cup. We talked to our waitress and another passing by and asked for management. Our waitress was apologetic but when the manager came around, she decided to make excuses instead of making it right. She never apologized whatsoever. And she had the audacity to try to justify the ranch being inside of my beer glass by stating "maybe your waitress was carrying a ranch cup and some of it spilled into your beer" I wasn't offered another beer to be brought to me, the manager simply said she would take the beer off of the bill. By this time our food had come and was less than satisfying as well, the burger looked dry, bacon was hard as a rock and it didn't come with the toppings it was supposed to have. Needless to say we walked out on them. Very disappointed and will never eat at a BJs restaurant ever again.

Went on the weekend and was seated quickly. Friendly waitress and food was served fast and on top of refills etc. very good burgers and fries!
