The car was dirty and covered with bugs as well as the inside smelled like smoke. They did not have a working printer so I was not given a contract nor did anyone go over the car or fuel amount with me! I was told they would take a picture of the screen and also email me which I did not receive. They did not have the car size I reserved ( Economy) and they offered me an Expedition that gets 11-13 miles to a gallon. I left in a Honda Accord because it was at least decent milage. I was told by Avis customer service to return the car for a different one by Raffael and when I did the store manager was patronizing and did nothing to help me he said enjoy the upgrade that was given to me which I did not ask for, it was all they had. I tried to call Avis back and was put on hold for 20 min. VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE

Apparently, Avis doesn’t accept chip readers so I couldn’t get my rental car. That’s very interesting and strange that a car rental place doesn’t have a chip reader and the machine will not accept manually because of the chip on the card.

Best car rental experience I have ever had. They don’t try to add all kinds of hidden fees. I was very happy with my experience.

Rented me a dirty vehicle that smells like marijuana, I had to clean out before my trip, I vacuumed the inside before returning it to them as a curtesy for the next renter. Yet I get a 75$ cleaning charge added to my bill that’s an awful lot when you consider the dollar store products that they will use!
