Nice decor, friendly staff who greated us and sat us right away. Chips were hot and the salsa is delicious. Tried the sampler platter and the carne asada. Also had the bacon wrapped shrimp that tasted very yummy. All at a very fair price. We will definitely be back.

Thank you Tio Pepe for the awesome food tonight. I haven't eaten there since the pandemic started and it is still the same great food that I remember. Exceptional service as always. One of my favorite places to order for great food!

FYI: Parking is one way. It loops around the building. You pay at the front. You can ask for a check or figure it out when you get to the front. The bean and rice portions are large. The complimentary salsa has lots of cilantro. Delicious for me, could taste like soap for you... It's delicious! Update: today I got the tacos de carbon with chicken and it was soooo delicious!!Got the carnitas plate! It was really good! Previous: Friendly staff! Will definitely be back! OMG! I have been wishing I could find some good authentic Mexican food. Since moving to Oregon I have been look and looking. Well today I stumbled upon a little hidden gem of a restaurant named Tio Pepe. I am originally from southern CA. Latin cuisine is everywhere and authentic. I am so glad that I decided to try Tio Pepe’s even though I have been very disappointed by the typical Mexican fare in the area. If you want great authentic food, don’t walk, run to this amazing establishment, you won’t regret it.
