I had hit a turkey in my pickup. From the time of dealing with my insurance company to the time I dropped the vehicle off they were extremely professional and courteous! Throughout the repair process they notified me on the status of my vehicle and even on the day of pickup I was notified of a potential delay due to parts arriving on time. I was notified when my vehicle was completed and I was utterly shocked to find my vehicle had been fully detailed making it look brand new! I would highly recommend this auto body shop to any friends/colleagues that may need repairs! 10/10!

If I could write a 6 star review I would. They were able to squeeze me in last minute, which was awesome! Mark was extremely friendly and so much more than just helpful. I know I couldn’t have gotten a better deal anywhere else. So thankful for Dave’s auto body!!!

I have used Dave's twice now. First experience was a dream with scheduling and service. The last time I went in for an estimate. I needed a headlight and bumper looked at. The gentleman who looked at my car literally looked at the outside for 30 seconds and quoted me $1600 for a new headlight and bumper. I told him the light worked but a sensor was going off on my dash. He didn't open the car door or start the car at all. I get it a LED light is expensive, but I'm so happy I didn't pull the trigger on the repair. The dealership I took it to next reset the computer and actually popped the hood to inspect the light....it's fine. It works great and I didn't need to replace it. I guess this is why 1) women don't like dealing with mechanics and 2) always get a second opinion.

We were most impressed with the service and professionalism of the men and women at Dave’s Auto Body! COVID has disrupted many businesses and customer service has been lacking due to a variety of issues but not at Dave’s. We got regular phone updates and we even asked for an earlier completion time than normal that was cheerfully accommodated! We could not be more pleased with the craftsmanship and attention to detail on our repair. I’m sure we will be back, we have four kids!

Call your Insurance company. Someone dropped the ball, if your daughter went through her INS company, I would think the INS Co would of had a car waiting on her when she arrived at the shop. Just like our INS Co State Farm did all of our leg work for us. When we arrived at Dave's Auto Body Shop to drop off our truck, a rental car was waiting on us.
