Take 5 in Wadsworth has always provided me with far better than average service. Despite meeting new faces from time to time, all of the service workers are extremely consistent and loyal to their personal and company brand. The environment is welcoming, the people are authentic and kind, and in the end, they do good (quality) work, even beyond the level one would expect.

This place is a bastion of oil changes. Have you not had your oil changed in 1-1/2 years? No judgment, “We appreciate you choosing us.” They see hair, blood and viscera on your cracked bumper. “Wow, I bet there is a story there, safe travels.” And they have waters at the ready while you wait. It’s a great option when you need your oil changed and no judgement. But this isn’t a laissez faire place, they are dead set, serious on giving you the best service and choice of windshield wipers.

I don't normally pay for oil changes / etc but needed something done for a friend in need quickly. At someone who knows the ropes a bit with cars, it was clear these people know what they're doing and are well trained. I stopped in on Jun 23rd later in the day, both techs were super friendly.. they were honest, up front and easy to work with. Again, I've never done a drive up oil place in my life so I expected them to try to upsell me top tier synthetic oil on a beater farm truck :) The only concern they mentioned to me was one I was already aware of and was a great professional observation to make and recommend. I'll send my friends and family here!! Only complaint is it shouldn't cost so much markup to move to synthetic. All my vehicles are synthetic and if it was cheaper sometimes I may pay you guys to not do the work.. 25vs 50 is bad already for conventional, 30-35 vs 89 or w.e full synthetic is, pushes me away and justifies an IT guy to get his hands dirty :)

I waited over 3 min outside before anyone appeared to service my car. This was 8:45 am on Saturday. The service was good. Only 2 were working at this time.
