Ordered on the app at the Wadsworth store. Payed via PayPal and went to go get it when they said it would be ready for pickup. Got to the store and they had no record of my order. I had to give them the order number and then they were able to find it. Told me they would make it now and it would be 20 minutes. Really? I’ll eat at Gionino’s or Papa John’s from now on.

Ordered here twice within a week. First time was perfect, everything arrived as should and it was a fast delivery. Today I ordered, my pizza was mixed up with someone else's. When I called they were prompt about fixing the situation, already had my pizza being remade. Great! The downside; it took an hour to arrive. I was hungry so I picked off the topping of the wrong delivered pizza and ate it instead. I work in the food industry, I understand the hardships of being busy / understaffed and what not. Not giving them a hard time. Just not a great experience. Just be aware that their phone isn't working the greatest and delivery can take long awhile. On the bright side, their pizza is good. Odds of me ordering here again are 50/50.

This is the pie I just got after a 20% tip. (Daughter grabbed the 1st piece b4 I could snag a pic). The pizza is good and the wings are small but tasty!
