I really hate leaving bad reviews, but my experience was so bad that I don't want someone else to experience what I did. The staff is incredibly rude, especially the owner. She literally laughed at me when I asked her to stop raising her voice at me over the phone. Their communication is terrible, I sent them an email regarding an issue with my film scans that they sent me the day the sent it to me and a week went by without a response, so I called them and no one could help me so I was promised a call back. The next day came, no one called, so I called them again and again - this went on for a few days. Every time I called I was promised a call back and every time I never got a call back. And every time I called I had to reexplain what I needed help with. It was really frustrating. Nothing was ever resolved and I was told they were going to send me my film roll back, so I could get it scanned elsewhere & they said they would throw in a new roll of film for compensation - over a month has gone by and I have not received either of those things. I highly suggest looking somewhere to send your film.

Very easy to find as they have a storefront board above the entrance. Inside, everything is well organised and everybody works like a well oiled machine. Persons that work there are extremely helpful and efficient. Prices are reasonable for their products and services and there is street parking outside. Pro8mm also have a good turn around time for film scans and processing. The staff is very friendly and always welcoming. Overall, I’ve had a really good experience. Highly recommended.

I sent my film on a Monday (the 12th), and they received Wednesday (the 14th). I was told turn around time was around 5 days and I would have my file sent over email next Wednesday (the 21st). That timeframe was perfect, as I needed it by Thursday. However, I didn't receive anything until I called on the next Tuesday (the 27th), so I didn't get my video on time. The film itself is fine but they lied to me on the timeframe. If they would've been truthful I could've looked elsewhere. I wouldn't recommend.
