I reserved a unit online and was given a confirmation email that stated the they would honor the reservation for 7 days. We went in the next day to secure the unit. The man at the front desk had no idea we even had a reservation he said since we made the reservation on his day off he would have no idea about it. He also said they had no available units. When I asked about the reservation I made he just said “well the web site lets you reserve but it doesn’t work right, it shouldn’t” and that was it he didn’t apologize or even seem to care.

I kept some house stuff and motorcycles in a unit here for a year and everything was kept dry and safe. Staff is nice and keeps everything clean.

The people here where friendly and helpful. The finished units that I saw where of tipical construction for this type of building.

It's a brand new business on the North end of 5th Street at the dead end in Lebanon Oregon. When you get to the end of 5th Street Mill race storage will be on the left
