I'm made and ordered invitations for my sisters baby shower and I really didn't want my handwriting on the envelopes and I wanted better envelopes. I decided to check out staples after trying a few other places. I immediately walked to the copy and print center and Emily helped me. She was fantastic, held my hand the whole way (figuratively). It was one of the best shopping experiences I've ever had. I do wish there was more decorative envelope options, but I didn't want to wait to order something online. I printed everything I needed right when I finished making it.

Bought a laptop from staples.com after seeing the display model at this store 1.5 years ago. Their old warranty vendor was making it very difficult to get the laptop fixed. The store representative, manager, and general manager stepped in to address the issue with the vendor and ensure I was happy with the result, all within 24 hours. That's commitment to customer service.

The worst customer service ever. I purchase a pc and didn't work right and I had to return it and just to save paper a d tree I asked them to email me the receipt and now for return I had to look for that email which they were lazy and didn't want to check my rewards account a d I had to look for my email and then they requested to sign a paper to give me the cash back. I rather to drive 2-3 miles away from this store like best buy or other shop then deal with these guys. That's why supporting these stores is wrong and I rather order my stuff from Amazon.
