I’ve been a customer for years but I just realized that they don’t wash the lettuce and the vegetables that are being used. I ordered a salad and with the dressing on top I haven’t realized yet, but as soon as I got to bottom of the plate, I tasted dirt. Literally DIRT. I went to manger to make them aware of this, and she started arguing with me that nobody else complained about it, that it is true that the lettuce have not being washed since it’s “pre-washed” from the factory, which I believe it’s been done by a machine, and it would be understandable if, done it in huge quantities, some dirt can still be present in the bags they deliver. Anyway, I wasn’t asking for a refund or anything, but it’s the rudeness of the lady behind that cashier, that was awful. I’ve been eating dirt for lunch, and not even an apology, just arguing that nobody has ever complained about it. Honestly, I prefer the one in boardman. The staff was really kind and helpful with all of my questions. Never going back to the Canfield location! Terrible experience! We

Panera is good but I feel over-priced for sandwiches. This restaurant has good service though.

We absolutely love their chicken salad sandwich. Large enough for sharing or to save for later.

People were friendly and patient. The food was just ok. I ordered an Asian sesame chicken full sized salad which arrived with very little chicken, maybe a quarter of a chicken breast. We also ordered a bagel and it was dry and burnt. This was to go and we couldn't go back to rectify situation but it was a simple order and shouldn't have been an issue. ***COVID wise***Went inside to use facilities and noticed the gentleman preparing the food had a very loose mask that was hanging well below his nose.
