They leave their phone off the hook. So if they mess up your order you will have to go back to the store. When I got back to the store I asked to speak to a manager. Called the store number (which I called through Google maps) right in front of him and asked why the store phone is off the hook. He said he didn't know it was off the hook. I find that hard to believe. What kind of blue-haired manager doesn't know the phone is off the hook? They forgot several items on my order, that was packed into two undersized bags. I am a very dissatisfied customer. Waited 20 to 30 minutes for my order. After driving home and returning to the store, I wasted over an hour of my time. I will be calling to speak to a store manager-- if they answer the phone. Maybe if the company focused less on misspelling words in their marketing and focused more on training their employees, and checking to see if their managers and employees are doing their jobs right, Sheetz could be a great company.

I'm not a fan of 'fast food' type restaurants, but their food is delicious. I've tried many menu items & have no complaints. Very impressed. Faves are the steak wrap, the 2 choice chicken dinner, the chicken bites, the mozzarella sticks, & the onion rings (that they recently took off of the menu). The fries, both regular & curly, are great.

This sheets is pretty good. I like to go here after Sams club to grab lunch. They have a great variety of foods to order from the kitchen. You also can make it any way you want to. Which is very important. A huge selection of drinks they have as well.
