Very bad service i order 2 egg steak and cheese bagels i waited 20m for my order when i finally got my order i got back on the highway trucking i open up a bagel and it was a sausage bagel not a steak bagel sandwich that cook has no respect for the customers just gives you what he wants to give you not what you pay for, that’s bad business i will never get fuel or food from that pilot #3 anymore

This isn’t a truck stop. It’s a Schneider drop yard. Not to mention local drivers that use this for a yard. In addition to all the dropped trailers, there are cars taking up truck parking spots, then they swap their truck for their car and permanently take up a parking spot. Pilot should make them all pay for a reserved spot daily and leave the open spots for OTR drivers.

What's with all these Schneider and other dropped trailers here? Are you a truck stop to serve truckers or a Schneider drop yard? Looking at previous comments it looks like this has been going on at least a year. Looks like "fake" replies from owner saying "we will look into it". It's been a year. No spaces for me. Took my business to Petro where they have a huge parking lot. (230 gallons). This Pilot evidently does not care about drivers.

I pull into this place and there are Schneider trailers all over the place. There are even a few non-schneider trailers. There are about 20 trailers here. I thought "dropped trailers will be towed"? Parking gets real tight here sometimes and if I get here and the lot is full then I'm parking in a paid reserved space and will refuse to pay or move until you get some of these trailers towed! This is not fair to OTR drivers who need to stop for a break.
