Sometimes they take awhile to complete your order, but that's because everything is made to order. Prices are a bit steep & just went up again. Other than that, great location with very friendly staff

I have had multiple bad experiences here. And was very hesitant to up even come in. But was hungry and stuck in the area for a while so figured I’d try. Instead of eating my breakfast I am sitting here typing a review. I ordered oatmeal with a splash of cream. The oatmeal I got was ice cold with none of the items that come with it. No fruit, no nuts, just a ton of sweetener. I went back to the counter and told them it was cold and uncooked. The manager said, no problem we can heat it. Then walked away. The girl who had made it the first time came over, asked what’s wrong, I said it’s cold, and I would like the nuts and fruit. She then argued with me that it was my fault. Because I asked to add a splash of cream, she said she used half cream and half hot water, and eliminated all other ingredients. Then said, “so how did you want it then??” I said I just wanted it hot. She just stared at me so I said, you know what just forget it. I left and I’ll head to Dunkin for breakfast.
