I was a walk-in and it was fairly busy, about 4 people waiting. One person in front of me in line at the counter. It took 4 minutes to get to the counter, and 3 minutes standing at the counter with three employees talking to each other before I walked out. The wait list from call-ins had grown 4 people longer since I had walked in. I wasn't greeted or looked at for the 7 minutes I was there. I gave it two stars because it looks like a cool atmosphere. I just moved to the area and am in the market for a life-time barber shop and I guess I'm still looking.

I've gotten my last 4 cuts here, they do a great job! Friendly staff who know how to cut guys hair. Great, laid back environment.

You can call and be put on the list but your wait time seems to be determined by whoever they feel like taking back. We waited over 45 minutes from the time we called and watched people who just walked in go before us. The receptionist said “they called too” but when we checked in there were only 2 people on the list ahead of us. Yet about 4 guys who walked in after we checked in went ahead of us. Not sure it’s worth the wait for an average haircut

For the first time in almost 4 years I had to go to another place for my haircut! Don't know what is happening with this company, but choosing not to open Saturdays is ridiculous. Reply! Why not open Tuesday to Saturday? That way you don't over worked your staff
