Rooms were good. Nothing special. Tips for management and service people. 1. Don't come knock on the door right at check out time. I mean like minutes after check out time you shouldn't be at the door. Give the room a call first. 2. Stop bagging up the left over eggs from breakfast and re-serving them the next day.

The curtain in the room wouldn't stay closed all the way. The fitness area wasn't good at all. No pool. But if those don't matter then here it goes. Security is great. You aren't just going to walk into this hotel. The breakfast was good enough to get your day started but more importantly it was started at 5:30 am which was perfect for my schedule. Coffee was good too. When I walked in I thought oh great...a girl with crazy colored hair. After talking to her and getting my room number I thought she was one of the nicest women in the public eye. She definitely belongs at that front desk no matter what hair color she has. My room was booked by my dispatcher as a joke because of the whirlpool tub, but it was really nice to relax and watch TV from it lol

Updated: the girls in the morning went above and beyond with the breakfast to make sure everything was fresh. Very pleased with what I woke up too this morning. First time in this area looking at a wedding venue close by. Checked into the hotel through expedia and asked to upgrade room right after we checked. Front desk lady said two were available. Spent over an hour trying to talk to expedia on a virtual chat and their response to be I can’t change now (even though we were willing to pay the difference) because we asked too late, but we dropped a blanket and they have been trying to reach us. We weren’t even in the room when they were “trying to get ahold of us”. I didn’t realize it was this hard to upgrade to a better room when we are willing to pay the difference of it.. very annoying. First bad review I ever left in my life lol. We drove 4 and a half hours to see if this hotel would be the “one” for our wedding guests, will not be returning.
