Horrible bank. One teller and 20 people in line. Longest wait times of any bank I’ve ever been at. One arm always broken. Unreal, just close the branch if you can’t keep it open properly.

After having an account at many other banks, I have to say that BOW has been amazing. The Main st. branch staff are so friendly and willing to help with whatever you need. They truly go above and beyond. This is a smaller bank so when it is busy it may go a little slow, but it is worth it to me.

Bad bad experience with a teller today. She ask questions prying into my personal business today. And didnt have large for me. Thinking about closing my account. Felt they coming up short.

Bank Of The West in Garden Grove is very nice branch, the staffs at this branch are very helpful, friendly. If I have some matters with my bank account, I just go to Garden Grove branch because I know they will help me without any problems.
