Some of the vendors standards for quality are very low. Top dollar price for cracked/dirty games. I thought I did a good job checking stuff out before purchase however- two of the PSP games I bought were completely trashed and unusable. Other products were okay. Staff was friendly to me.

This business is selling unlicensed Nintendo products and not labeling these product so customer can know prior to purchase that these “Nintendo” NES Classics and the “Nintendo” Super Nintendos are actually fraudulently made copies from China. I attempted to resolve this issue requesting a refund. Manager was very rude, told me you know what you were buying, No Refunds and No exchanges. When told I would file a Police report she said “how dare you threaten a small business” and hung up on me. Submitting BBB Complaint and contacting Law Enforcement, Fraud is not ok! This Booth, Vendor #22 is owned by the owner of the store. Selling unlicensed products is a Crime and steals intellectual property of the parent company, thus stealing from a business. I’m sure this business would not appreciate being stolen from and therefore should have more integrity.

If you want something vintage and something that you know you want. Trader Joe's is the the place to go. I supplied my daughter's whole birthday party decorations from there and it was the best Coco birthday party ever.
