While the experience was nice I had to give 2 stars for safety and cleanliness. They reused all of the equipment from the previous client. The tools were pulled out of a dirty and dusty box and the drill bit was FILTHY. My tech kept stopping to take calls and take appointments so the process was longer than it should have been. The ladies were very nice though and if it wasn't for unsanitary practices I would definitely come back when I was back in town. Id rather avoid an infection though.

INCREDIBLY RUDE STAFF. I went here for a manicure and pedicure hoping I would have a relaxing experience and hoping they would be my go-to nail salon but I had the complete opposite. They had 3 people at the time of my appointment and as soon as I told them what I want, they would speak in their local tongue and I could tell they are making snide remarks about me. The person doing my pedicure would even gesture to me while talking with her co-workers and only a stupid person could say they’re not trashtalking me or their other customers. It’s a shame cause the owner (I think) make awesome acrylic nails but their customer service is PISS POOR. It’s a mystery how they had numerous choice awards cause they do not respect their customers at all. This is not about racism; I’m Asian myself but atleast I have the decency or the commom etiquette to know not to talk or gossip with your coworkers infront of your customers just cause they cannot understand your language. I didnt even feel bad not tipping them at all. Horrible.
