I can’t tell you how much my mom and I appreciate the warmness and caring manner I got from Courtney when she can to set up my dads bed.She explained everything to us and how to use everything answered all questions we had. When she came and picked everything up my mom and I couldn’t be happier to see her being the one picking it up to thank her for everything she did for us in my dads time of need. Thank you Courtney!

We bought a walker for my husband. They couldn't have been more helpful or nice. Talked to us about how Medicare worked. Adjusted the walker to his height.

Called about a bed delivery, told over 3 times "I don't move furniture." She dropped off the bed later. no instruction, left. I was not home, otherwise would have questioned. Bed was assembled incorrectly, could not raise it. My Mom, Hospice pt, on the way home from hospital, bed is broken. I called, left message. My husband repaired the bed. She returned my call A WEEK LATER! I had a suction machine delivered from them. The man delivering was rude and condescending. I've been taking care of my dying mother for a week. No sleep. This man was incredibly rude, argued about the previous bed issue, saying "It was her fault." "It was her fault. I told him I was an RN, familiar with this suction unit. He talked down to me as if I was a child. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUISNESS. They are rude, equipment set up incorrectly and dumped off. Then on top of it your intimidated. "You should have called." I DID. Your work associate called today, a week later. He would not believe me. Alice Holtom, RN

Pamela, Josh and the team are wonderful to work with agency to agency and I have good feedback from patients on the services they provide. Prescription issues are usually an insurance issue, there isn't much that can be done sometimes other than follow up, wait, follow up, wait, etc. I am glad to see that Rick's Medical is providing DME services to this area, in my personal experience there is "plenty of business" for everyone needing equipment.
