I took my truck in and dropped it off days before my actual appointment. The service department started on it earlier than my scheduled appointment, were very quick in there diagnosis of the issue, and communicated with me ever step of the way. I had a warantee repair that another local Nissan dealer was making very difficult. I brought it to Wendle and Josh handled it quickly with no problems. I expected to leave my car all day, but they got it done hours ahead of schedule since I lived out of town. Great experience!

I brought my large, 12 passenger family vehicle in because the check engine light came on right before an epic road trip with the entire family across multiple states… They got us in, fix the issue, found a factory recall updates that they fixed, rotated my tires and kept me appraised of the situation the entire way through. They made some good recommendations of some things to look at on my vehicle both before and after our road trip. Always great service.

Wendle Nissan Service does have a drop box outside the service department. If the dealership is closed and the gates are locked, there is a drop box at our gate on the north end of the dealership, the gate that is near the Wendy’s.
