I spent half an hour waiting for the lady from costumer service to fax 2 pages. She had no idea how to do it.She asked her manager, some short lady, that was totally not interested in helping her, and she just said to her, you got it and left. This lady tried and finaly after30 minutes, she said its all done and I can go now. The fax report said its UNSUCCESSFUL. I complained and she call her manager for help, and she just told her its not their fault its the other end that doesn’t work. Off course , what else can you expect from place like this, I was not offered refund for the service I payed and didn’t receive. I went somewhere else, and the fax went through in a minute. I don’t blame the lady that didn’t know how to do it, but her manager, she was awful.

Just wanted to say Yvonne was so pleasant and made a trip to GA worth it. I had just dealt with the frustration of Kroger being OOS on several items, so it was a nice reprieve.

Dirty store in a nice neighborhood. Get it together Giant Eagle. Your employees are friendly, but your store is gross and dirty. Charge 5☆ prices and shop in a dump!
