Came in looking for a white board and white board markers. Staff knew right where they were and what the difference in price was and why which was very helpful. Come to find out some white boards still come non- magnetic! FYI there is a sign saying masks are required but many customers did not have masks on and staff we not enforcing this requirement.

You guy's really need to have way more staff working. I've gone there several times and every time there's only a few people working the floor! Why? Many times I've gone looking for a staff member and found them very busy helping others! And I always end up kinda waiting my turn, kinda weird guy's! I think if you want more product to be sold, you need to help your customers in a timely fashion. I can't imagine how many people have probably walked out not buying anything cause they were never helped.

I had a poor experience with their ship to store service. First, Staples failed to notify me when my merchandise arrived, as my purchase confirmation said they would. I had to call to see when if my computer arrived. Them, I had to wait again 20 minutes for the manager (apparently the only employee allowed into the back room) to be free to bring my already paid for computer to the front of the store. I stood and watched employees wait on other customers who arrived after me, or just stand there idle. I asked multiple times to be waited upon. Their excuse was that they were "busy". When manager did bring my computer to me, he did not appear concerned at Staples failure to notify me or about the wait.

Don't bother going to the copy center with any expectation that someone will help you. Nathen (employee) would not help in figuring out how to use the machines. This was my first visit and was unfamiliar with how to use them. He only pointed and said to try and use them. When asked for help, he just turned away to open some boxes. Do not waste your time and go somewhere else with qualified, helpful staff who will actually help the customer.
