I really hate to do this but I grabbed food here today around 6 PM although the customer service was excellent the lady at the window had very nice customer service skill she was very sweet and that’s the reason why I’m giving it two stars but the food was absolutely horrible. I ordered a bowl and the chicken that’s on top of it is so overcooked it’s completely crunchy I don’t know if it’s been sitting under a lamp for hours or what happened but the chicken on top of my bowl is completely crunchy I I’m not even sure there’s any chicken in it at at this point… Same thing with the biscuits the biscuits are very very hard and not edible I’m just very disappointed in the food and hope this doesn’t happen to someone else.

I visited KFC many times.Only the first time, the food was edible. I was disappointed every time after that.Today is the last time I'll buy food from KFC. The chicken and fries tasted bitter and disgusting because the oil that they were fried in was too old and coagulated

The restaurant itself was in nice condition, and seemed very clean. The service wasn't the best however, they seemed annoyed i was inside to order, and even forgot part of the order (and my order was only for 2 people), despite having gone inside so it wasn't forgotten. The food we did get was...warm-ish, and tasted fine enough tho

The lady who took my orded was very rude! We ordered tenders and they were extremely nasty! The plain ones was undercooked and the hot ones was in a bowl filled halfway with sauce.. fries were soggy and cold! Spend $20 and only ate the biscuit and drinked the pop....
