April has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! She was so rude when I called she was short and gave me attitude about everything I asked wow I never have been treated so rudely!! I placed an order and had to call back to cancel because I couldn’t get over how someone could be so rude they don’t deserve my service! April needs to be retrained. Also when I called to speak to the manager to complain it didn’t seem like he even cared. It sucks because they have tasty pizza but bad customer service will repel anyone. Please retrain your employs on customer service this isn’t the first time an employee has been rude like this to me from this location.

No customer service experience. Never delivered an online order. Waited 2 hrs called and they said my order was made, but somehow it got lost. How do you lose a order. Ridiculous. Then the boy one the phone apologizes and says that they will redo my order and deliver asap. NEVER HAPPEN!! I called back and a girl answered told her what happen had me on hold for 5 min finally decided to hang up. Very unprofessional. First time Domino’s failed…….

Very rude worker named Stephanie bad customer service made me wait outside in the cold pouring rain and told me my order was not ready but the app sent a message saying my order was in fact ready for pick up. Don’t go to Domino’s on Peck Rd in El Monte bad customer service.
