AWESOME, I recently bought my first hot tub and yesterday was the day to set it up. I didn't have chemicals or any of the required products to make that happen. I am new to North Spokane, I stumbled on Pool World and met Bryce. He walked me through everything and was beyond helpful. He even marked my bottles with sharpie how much and how often of each product. This is now my go to shop for everything Hot Tub....Thanks Bryce, you are super good at what you do!

I visited the North store in August to get pool supplies for our community pool. While there I inquired about a small hot tub for my townhouse patio. Mike Rust took the time to review the products with me. Great customer service at Pool World as when I left there I stopped at another spa store around the corner and they wouldn't give me the time of day. Was told by the gal they had NO hot tubs that small. They lost a sale. I bought a hot tub the next day from Mike Rust and his follow-up to help me was top notch. I appreciate all the help when I need it. Thank you Mike! Best purchase ever!
