PLEASE DO NOT LET THEM FOOL YOU INTO BUYING THEIR EXPENSIVE BOX! THIS FEDEX HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BAD ATTITUDE! I never have an issue sending reused FedEx boxes. This location refused to send my box unless I purchase their 15 dollar box or pay them to re- pack my box. Just because it looks used. I end up taking it to a different FedEx location. No issue, no new box require Or re-pack. Nothing!!

Having a bunch of youngsters working for you on Saturday is not cutting it. I emailed some documents I needed to have printed on one of their self serve printers. The touchscreen was stuck and I asked one of the kids next to me that was trying to an assist another customer if they could help me when they got done. But the kid didn't know what he was doing helping the other lady so I just went ahead and figured it out myself. He never even came back to see if I still needed to help he just went towards the back near the offices to continue gossiping with the other workers. The printing itself was of terrible quality. They use really cheap printing paper and the quality of the print itself is weak. Go to Staples. Better colors and quality paper

Rude, bad customer service and unnecessary up charges. Unfortunate when businesses care so little for their clients. I was also overcharged. Wish I had checked yelp reviews first because the rudeness appears to be fairly consistent. This location needs new management and employees

Very bad service and rude acts. They judged my personal package box in order to force me to buy their very expensive new small empty box, $25 and very prices their bubble wrap. They lied saying Fedex doesnt carry cheap box then I found their box for $3.56 paid. Never visit their shop any more. Dont be a fool visitor!!!
