My experience with Social Securities Office today was awful..first off I'm tired of every docters office and anywhere you can think of using covid19 as some celebration to get paid for coming to work and doing nothing. The representitive told me there was 6 people listening to our conversation while in the conversation she said I was yelling at her. I guess the six didn't hear this cause I was just asking a question?? God bless the seniors. Because these people are not doing their jobs and there's a little to know help being given. People check on your family senior members. They may need your assistance.

During COVID-19 Pandemic, I saw real humanity in this office. I had to apply SSN under dire need and both Mary and Johny Martinez helped me when none of the SSN offices in bay area was ready to listen.. Rise and Shine team. Hats off to your commitment in serving people in need

I’m currently on hold for 1.75 hours this is unacceptable Update I was on hold for 2.2 hrs then was disconnected from the SS side and not called back even though I asked to be called back and left my number just Incase we were disconnected. This SS system needs some help. Hire some more people!
