I just got my car washed and I just had to leave a review!! First of all, my attendant, Prince, was very friendly and eager to assist. Secondly, the facility was very CLEAN. In fact, while I was vacuuming the interior of my car, a young man was going down every stall and wiping down the equipment. I always get a good car wash here, but I just wanted management to know that they have a good team and that their customers really appreciate them 😊

I was just at carwash for an exterior wash, the manager was sending the cars thru too fast and my car hit the hitch of the car in front of me, a nice young man came to help me, I think his name was Prince, he was also very helpful when I first got there. He went to get the manager for us, but all the manager had to say was that there are spacers in place so that won't happen, I said apparently they don't work and you shouldn't send us so close together. Just didn't really seem to care or want to try to make things right! The young man that was helpful seems more like manager material than the one they have!

prince was awesome! i randomly pulled in behind my sister. when the wash was done we were talking i got distracted and forgot my front passenger floor mat. i called bc i was already home left a vm and never heard back. my $5 car wash turned into a $30 car wash bc i had to buy new mats. why couldn’t they just call back? i called 2 hours and 30 minutes after i left which was when i realized. would have happily came back but with gas prices and i live across town i wanted to be sure it was worth the drive. no call? why? bummer.

I won't go back. Let me give you some context. I'm helping a friend whose wife just had a baby so I'm tending to their pets. This means I'm not generally in this area but thought ah I'm here my car needs a wash just stop. I was let down by the customer service at this station. I was not vacuuming just a wash so I pull to the line, wait for my turn and then pull forward when prompted. Then I take off my old air freshener and while the clerk hands me my new set. I attempt to hand my old air freshener to her she refused to take it. I have done this at my regular station for years. Yes, I am a club member for nearly 3 years so there was a precedent set that I have ALWAYS given my old and taken the new. Now I am not unreasonable maybe she did not want to take it due to COVID if that is the case then she (and the company) should have the same respect for their patrons and require their staff to wear gloves. She was not so I had to take from her with no gloves she could have taken from me. I would recommend reading Give 'Em the Pickle by Robert Farrell.
