As soon as we walked into Engles, we noticed the great customer service. We weren't pressured but were offered help. The showroom is HUGE. Multiple floors of multiple buildings. We went in looking for a sectional and left with one. They will help you map out a Floorplan and measure. The materials used are local to coos bay and they back their stuff. They will take care of you and have quality items.

You can't beat the quality and selection of furniture at Engle's! JD was fantastic. She answered our questions about the high-tech bed I was buying, the beautiful sofa bed, and gave great decorating advice. Between the quality selections and JD's expertise, shopping for items I need for an upcoming move was not a chore but a really pleasant experience!

Walter - we only carry genuine top grain leather now, as faux just fails too quickly. We have leather ottomans from Natuzzi and they are about $500.
