Ordered online at 7:59 and was suppose to be ready between 8:17-8:22 but didn’t receive the pizza until 8:50. There was a lot of yelling and incoordination going on. One customer asked at 8:30 for Italian bread and the cashier asked to those in the back are we doing Italian bread and someone yelled back “No”.

Night crew is awesome they deserve a raise. Great customer service and pizza and sticks were fresh.

Pizza looked and tasted 2 hours old. I paid good money for this, I expect something edible.

terrible place to order from but most door dash and uber eats orders suffer from the same problem. 3/5 orders this has happened. they always forget items and you have to wait on hold for 40 minutes to get ahold of anyone which basically they can just give you a refund or try to get a driver out to deliver the item in my case a side of marinara. Or wait ,,, you can drive out to get it yourself which is sad. what if 3/5 airplanes we made broke or 3/5 buildings we built fell down. i know its a stretch but they dont seem to care. i wonder how many customers just hold they're tongue just because they know its too much of a pain to even report a messed up order. its just sad that we have gotten away from quality. i would gladly wait a extra 5-15 minutes if it was just right when it reached my door. and how is it the driver doesnt double check the order. terrible method and they wonder why so many restaurants are failing in this pandemic its not because you dont have customers its because you cant get the orders right and then we never order again !!!! some of us get sick of it and even write a review
