Was told my pizza would be ready in 45 min. Here I am still waiting an hour and 25 minutes later and at the hour mark they asked what name it was under and I told them, they then told me they didn’t have an order for that name after the same person took my order an hour prior. Nobody seems to care and there is a waiting area full of people upset

I got there when my food was supposed to be ready and they said 20 more minutes. I asked for them to cancel the order, he said he would do it. After 2 weeks I did not get my money back. So I called and the lady said it was never canceled so my money they just took for nothing. If I didn't call I would not have got it back. Over 50 dollars.

The short heavy set guy was rude and short changed the women in front of me and never said he was sorry then i ordered and he talked to me like i was a kid . I'm a self made millionaire and if your employees talk to an adult without respect i will not return and pass this on to my business constiuants about my experience at little ceasars. Please take care of your problem so other adults won't have to be treated with disrespect thank you

by far the most sloppy undercooked nastiest pizza I've ever had. had 2 bites and threw the rest in the garbage. I actually feel bad for the dumpster. must be an Ohio thing. I've had little Ceasars in the hood that was better than this.
