Don't order carry out or dine in at this Wendy's through the app. The doors are locked on Sunday and they won't give you your food. You also have to wait days to get your refund.

When me and my parents went to this Wendy's in pickerington theres like 3 of them. We went through the Drive thru when my parents wanted to get something. I didn’t want anything. So far so good until we came to the last stop to get our food. The woman grabbed the food and opened the window. Gave us the food and closed it without saying a word at all. I was annoyed calling her “the best drive thru work”

I was misgendered in line, please have your employees stop using "sir" or "mamm" you cannot assume someone pronouns so just don't. On top of that I ordered a pretzel bacon pub sandwich with chicken and no beer cheese sauce. They gave me beef and so much beer cheese sauce the smell made me ill. I would like a refund but I don't have the energy to drive 15 back through traffic just for that. So I guess just don't go to this Wendy's. UPDATE: My partner went back because they wanted to make sure I ate. She tried to get a replacement sandwich and they then gave her a piece of chicken with a piece of lettuce on it. She then walked back up to the window to explain (thank you to the kinds driver that motioned her to the window), no the lettuce was an ADDITION to the rest of the sandwich (fried onions, cheese, chicken, bun) and they told her they could not make her a new one but they could give her the other pieces so she could assemble it herself???? None of the employees are wearing masks either. Basically I don't understand what the point of your app is Wendy's, if when you use it to streamline the ordering process and make your substitutions the employees of the establishment cannot also see those substitutions and additions. Just tell people to order it the way it is or not at all then because it's not worth the effort. Delete you app.

Stopped by today with the last $5 I had to get my kids an "on the go lunch". Truly had HOT fries, HOT burgers, and the BEST spicy chicken go-wrap I've ever ordered. Everything tasted as though it was just made, not just sitting around. They lady at the window to give us our bag was very polite and friendly. We were beyond pleased :)
