When you walk inside, it feels like winter, just saying. When I was getting my toppings, I didn't feel rushed. I recommend you not eat outside. In my opinion, too many bugs But if you like bugs, have fun. Everything was clean, surprisingly. (I promise you I thought I took a picture of the pizza before I ate it)

Not very good customer service for my first visit. Both employees that were on duty told me they don’t eat at Mod pizza when I asked for their recommendations. I wonder why they don’t eat there…

The service here was good, so no complaints about the workers but I was really disappointed by the food. I could have went to store and bought better ingredients. For the price I expected a better pizza that did not taste like a frozen one. Ordered a works pizza and the toppings tasted like cheap frozen veggies that were wet and put in oven.

Ordered two pizzas, two desserts and two drinks. Only got two pizzas and one looked like this. Called the store, was told they could do nothing, they didn't give their contracted driver the correct order, but it's the drivers fault. Then since they are contracted, it's not MODs responsibility to fulfill my order. Trying to get chocolate milk and dessert for my 4 year old step son shouldn't be this disrespectful.
