Good customer service, usually has the parts I need on hand. If not can usually get them by next day. If not sooner.

Pure and simple, typical auto parts store, with knowledgeable individuals. They were personable while being professional. One of the items I purchased was a set of wiper blades and the sales associate installed them for me @ no charge. I recently purchased a battery from this same store and they installed it as well. Note to Veterans and Active Duty Service Personnel Advance offers Military discounts.

Below average customer service. Failed to meet expectations set by the Advanced Auto name brand. Employees too busy talking to other employees instead of helping customers, didn't want to go out in the cold to change battery. Didn't feel welcomed when there was only one other customer in the store.
