bad experience. I have come to return some hearing aids that do not work and I asked for my money back but the supposed Manager only gave me a silly card with the same amount but only to buy in the same store is ironic because now she decided how to spend my money I give her two stars. Since I own the money that I spend and I decide how to spend it, it is terrible to know that we live in this great country and there are still people who want to make decisions for us and even more so with our money that is very unpleasant.

I've been a few times before but today i was very impressed. The cashier and security guard were very friendly. There a discount store so it can be hit or missing depending on if they got in a truckload. It would say 75% of there products are under $20 so they are a decent discount store. The friendliness of the staff will make me shop there more often.
