Nice place to buy a plot and put in a camper, modular home or cottage etc. Worth checking out

Love the windy breeze on the top of this hill and the pool and community center are nice!

The Hill used to be a fun place to go, but now for a short amount of time. The president is a great and helpful guy, but gets undermined by the self absorbed elderly. Senile trustees treat the campground like it's a very poorly ran UN gathering. Justifying their own actions, but causing uproars when others follow suit. Creating an environment where you have to always walk on eggshells. --Try else where if you'd like to avoid: *Threats of cops being called within the hours you can be loud (Quiet time starts at 12AM but threats begin around 7PM) *Side by side trails (No longer allowed, with exception of the lawless trustees) *Would like to stay somewhere the elderly didn't peak in high school (Buddy/buddy is played, until they find a new soul to suck).

Used to go there a few times a year from when I was a baby until about 19 years old. I loved that place. Miss it!! Lots of.cool things we did when we would camp there. Highly recommended!!

You have to purchase a lot. Then you receive the packet and key. The rules and documents are for the Hill. HOA is $450 yearly, sewer $175 and pay electric quarterly. Full hook up.
