Absolutely horrible place. After AT&T screwed me I went to Verizon since they quoted a lower price than AT&T. Since then it's been a horrible experience with them. Tonight I had yet another issue and went to this location again, 10 minutes before they close because I wanted to upgrade my device, the lights were on, associates inside, signs stating they close at 7 pm. I walk in and the manager tells me they are closed. If you are open until 7 pm then you are open until 7 pm, not 6:50 pm. Horrible service since day one here. The manager has been nothing but talk, his employees have no idea what they are doing. Will switch from Verizon and never look back.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. This is a multiple visit problem not just a one time the sales person is having a bad day type of things. I'll give them this much they are consistent, they consistently suck! Go to the Manchester or Concord locations where people know how to treat others.

I opened an account here on August 30 2021 and on that day the employee made numerous errors and mistakes. Today I found out that employee made one more mistake, this employee made two accounts for me and one has been transferred over to collections and has really impacted my credit. I am extremely upset and I’m currently disputing the written off account. *My response to Verizons reply: Right now is your chance to make it right. The dispute is being sent to Verizon. Please perform your due diligence and correct your error instead of responding with a valueless copy and paste statement.

I normally don’t post negative reviews but with such an awful experience I feel the need to. I have never been treated as poorly or felt so disrespected as I did the two times going into this store. I went in for a new SIM card for a new phone and the old card was put in my phone. Now after speaking to multiple custom service reps and higher management this was absolute the wrong thing to do. This caused our phones not to work making for two days trying to get it sorted out. I understand they might not have the training they or the knowledge in this area. But I was taken back at how rude and unhelpful the manger at this store was. They didn’t want to help at all thankfully we went to another store and they were professional and knowledgeable and helped fix our phone and got them working again. I would steer clear if this store.
