Second time coming and my last. Do not spend your money here. One lady was rude and texting right in front of me like who does that? I’m a customer not a friend. Secondly, when the haircut was finished i gave a tip which unfortunately did not deserve it imo and she didnt even seem grateful not even a thank you like a tip is not required i should have kept my money. Again do not support this place.

The experience started with my hairdresser speaking in a demeaning manner to an older client that wasn’t able to check-in ahead online as she didn’t own a computer or a smart phone. Fortunately I checked in online and was next in line when I arrived. The hairdresser had a long line of clients after me. She made it clear that she was in a hurry. When I sat down in the chair, the work area wasn’t even cleaned up from the last client as there was still hair everywhere. I asked the stylist to cut one inch off my hair. We both agreed on the exact amount that would be cut off. She quickly cut my hair and before I knew it, I noticed 3+ inch long strands of hair on the ground. Thanks to a rushed stylist and a short staffed location, I will now have to wait months for my hair to regrow. This felt like a fast food haircut. Needless to say I will not be coming back.

The people at Great Clips are well trained and are really great with kids. I bring my kids here. They also have a variety of hair products and can do a lot of different styles. Kids love coming here because they have Dum Dums for when you're done.

You sometimes can get coupons in your newspapers your advertisement like when you go shopping and you also get coupons once you been at the facility they'll send you one by mail

Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
Online Check-In can be used for all services except perms and formal updos. Please note that not all salons offer perms. Most salons require an appointment for these services, so please call your local Great Clips salon to inquire.
