More expensive and less tasty here than a pint of the average ice cream at any other regular store... ditch it and go to a 7-11 or grocery store instead, for sure... a pint of decent flavored ice cream that melted on the 7 BLOCK drive home, not even 2 minutes. The guy weighed it and I don't think he was paying attention or maybe he was but the scale is weighted or something but trust me that was nothing close to a full pint. He then charged us and as we left, I noticed he had placed the pint in the paper bag face DOWN. Oh man. I felt kinda bad for the guy though. He was totally alone and seemed really, really tired. Definitely was not very enticing as far as the quality of the flavors although the one I ended up getting was probably the best one there (some birthday cake flavor).

Rudest encounter ever, picking up mobile order and was made to wait until the whole line was cleared, what's the point of ordering online then? The person working started yelling getting defensive when I asked how much longer I'd have to wait. Never coming back nor would I recommend.

Nayeli did an amazing job today and getting us all ice cream that we wanted and also letting my daughter use the bathroom as she was doing her PP dance LOL and thanks to people like Nayeli Baskin Robbins always shines with amazing ice cream and amazing service. Thank you once again Nayeli for recommending the new mango yogurt flavor it’s my new favorite 🙏😍😍😍👌🏼👍🏽👍🏽😎

Came in for my birthday ice cream and had World Class Chocolate, one of my favs! Staff was friendly and helpful and place was clean. Love the pink comfy easy chairs! Location is a bit hard to get to but we parked on Idaho Street and walked across El Cajon at the light. Fun date night start.
