I had a really good experience at Living Spaces today, while looking for a new sectional for our family room . Steve, was our sales representative. He was not high pressure at all. He showed us the sectionals that met our requested requirements. I found Steve to be informative and poignant with his suggestions. Once the selection was made, the sales process went smoothly. Steve, continued to provide insight into warranties, delivery dates as well what to expect on delivery day. I found this information helpful. I usually don't get excited about a purchase, but I felt good about this one. I would definitely buy from Living Spaces again if Steve was involved.

Talk about best and worst at the same time. Location first off, really easy to find and plenty of other shopping nearby. So great location. Interior, well lit, very, very spacious with tobs of options and great set up. All other furniture stores had a few floor models and tried to sell me on well the warehouse has these other versions, this store has most of there options and it's alot. Prices, they offered what I was looking for, for several hundred less. They seemed to have better or equal prices when compared to Jerome's, Bob's and Mor. Now the bad stuff. Staff, not bad but persistent. I had 3 people approach me walking in. They did take me to what I was looking for show me all the options but then kinda just stood next to me waiting. Even while walking or sitting around waiting for a text I had 9 people ask if I needed anything. 1 is expected, 2 ok but 9. It's cool to have availble staff to help but over help is almost worse. Minor note, not coffee and snacks like most other furniture stores so minus cool points for that. Free coffee and I might have also bought the coffee table I was looking at. In the end, worth the purchase not the in person. If I shop with them again it will just be online.

The young lady that help with our purchase was very helpful with getting the best sofa for our home. She gave the information on fabric choices to select the best one for us, too. Felt so confident in the decision we made. Still deciding on additional items but it’s all there. All the different styles and options and more. Every employee was friendly and helpful. There was no pressure just nice guidance to help find THE item for you.

This place was a vast space of furniture. The workers were helpful but not too pushy. It only loses a star for the prices, some of them were great, but some were sincerely astronomical. There were a few ornate shelving units for thousands, and a couple basic couches overpriced, BUT there are a few gems in each price range which make it worth a trip if you're hunting for basics. Or if you have the $$$$ the fancy pieces are very pretty, and there are tons of different styles.

The easiest way to find out the measurements of your sectional is to go to the store in-person. Locate the sectional you are considering, and, using a measuring tape, measure the height of each separate piece, up to the top of the back cushions (if the cushions are not removable). Ask an employee if the legs of the sectional are removable; if they are, don’t include the legs in the measurement. If the sectional is made up of several separate pieces, the only measurement you need to take down for each piece is the height. This is because the easiest way to get a sectional piece through a door is to turn it on its side, so the back is parallel to the floor. If you are shopping online and not able to see the sectional in-person, read the product description for the height of the sectional. This will give you an idea of how much space the sectional will take up when turned on its side.
