The atmosphere is awesome, everyone is really friendly and I have made some great friends there! The teachers really help you with each move and are always willing to show you after class too if you had any questions. I really love when they push you to the next level and really show you what you can do. Pure barre is a great strength training workout and the empower classes are a fun cardio addition!

Recently joined Pure Barre Portsmouth, normally I take morning sessions and it makes me feel refreshed throughout the day. All the instructors are very friendly and supportive. They know the names of everyone and keeps motivating during the session. Classes are challenging and I feel like going everyday.

As a dancer I love the inspiration Pure Barre takes from ballet, but you certainly do not have to be an experienced dancer to thrive during barre class. The instructors are incredibly helpful and want you to have a fun and successful class. I found Pure Barre Portsmouth through a friend who convinced me to get up at 6am to go to class. After only 5 classes I am getting up early on my own to go and start my day with Pure Barre. I always feel empowered and excited for the day upon leaving a class at Pure Barre Portsmouth. Everyone is so positive and it's great to be in an environment where women help other women. I would recommend Pure Barre Portsmouth to anyone who wants to work towards a healthy body and a healthy mind.
