They needed my ID to borrow scanner for cars ECU? Went back in after scanning my car and handed it to the employee and he put it away and asked me what was wrong with it. Like bro i canme here to find that out, your supposed to tell me what the scanner says... O'Reilly workers are useless. Go to Autozone

When in looking for some paint sealer for my aluminum truck tool box i was going to paint. I am not a painter but looked up on line is prep sand put some etching primer somer High heat paint and a good quality sealer. So like i said not a painter so had no idea what to really look for. Ask the attendent for assistance. He rushed over there pointed at some section i didn't see and proceeded to walk away. I took a couple spary cans i thought could be them. Looked at them said no no no. He just kinda stood there still not offering some assistance. I gave up bought some others things i was going to need and left. Such poor customer service. This was on a Sunday morning around 11:00 date 5/5/19. Never will shop there again.
