Let's get this straight: FedEx employees in general, whether drivers or front desk reps, are rude, awful, and their company's culture is not customers friendly. That being said, I had only one box to drop off, and the shipping label was already printed, and attached to the box. All the front desk had to do is to scan it and that's it. A normal person would have taken him/her 1 second to do the job. But it was not that simple for the front desk FedEx employee La Mesa! After waiting more than 10 minutes, she gave me that awful attitude, rude customer service, and she started asking me irrelevant questions about my box. They definitely need to go out of business for hiring such despicable and miserable employees.

Not the first time coming today but great experience again- was greeted promptly by one of the employees, he helped me to process my AT&T return, fast and efficient, took me less than 5 min. Shipped few packages few times before but also received great service. The store didn't look too busy but there were staff available all the time.

It's so easy post a review when you're angry about something. That is why I won't be posting a review about my experience at Office Depot. I'll focus on the positive. After horrible service at another business, today I went to FedEx Office. The employee, Beth, was quick to help me and provided great customer service. Beth completed my order in about 10 minutes (if that) and had me on my way. FedEx has my future business for sure.

The customer service was horrible. Waited 20 minutes for their computer to receive my multitude of emails to print my ONE PAGE, but to no avail. Tried sending it to the self print multiple times, to no avail. The lady at the counter's solution was for me to buy a 20$ USB drive. She failed to tell me I can walk to the back of the store and log into the computer and print it myself. Wasted time and frustration led me to paying multiple dollars to print out a single piece of paper.
