I have never seen this big of a change in the bakery department. Everything I need now is in stock and fresh . I even spoke with the bakery manager Nick the other day, just to let him know that everything looked amazing . He was very polite and thanked me for the compliment and said if I ever need anything to let him know.

I've always enjoyed shopping here. No problem finding what I need and prices are competitive. Getting help from employees can be challenging at times, but most are friendly and helpful.

I generally like this ralphs because it’s my local one has been for years (like, since I was a child lol), parking is pretty good, and store is always neat. I’m part of the minority that likes self checkout and use it regularly. Unfortunately, the last time I went and used self checkout, I was accused of stealing and had an employee actually run after me outside to confront me. Spoiler: I did not steal anything and I didn’t get an apology. So now I go through the regular lanes so I can avoid being accused of theft
