Greeted by Mgr. Brian Parsons - was nice as usual but BLOWN AWAY BY MR DAVID who completed service for me. It was lunchtime and he began express checks while I was in the car which was pretty cool. Very confident and clear explaining everything he was about to do and why. Made recommendations and gave me a discount when he realized my stress of paying for an unexpected but neccesary service. Very professional but all the guys at Laurel are. I've been a customer for years, even after moving to neighboring counties. I still make the drive to the Laurel JL, and with the service David provided today will keep me coming back. Sometimes it's hard to trust car services as a woman but I never feel like I'm being hustled by this team.

I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. I called and scheduled an appointment to have my AC looked up. I was told that my low pressure line needed to be fixed and the price was $470. The part needed to be ordered. I got a quote and was told that someone would call when the part arrived. Waited 4 days to call. When I called jiffy back i was told the part was never in stock.. Went to another place. Got my car fixed for $80 because nothing was wrong with my line after all. Also all of my oil was let out of my car while here. I believe someone made a mistake and thought I was doing an oil change but they did not replace my oil. Very negligent and my engine could have been torn up. I will be leaving reviews everywhere I can. Thanks for nothing.

I'm a first time customer to this location. I took my car for a tire rotation service and felt that the price was right for what was done. Although I noticed that my car started making a "whirling sound" as I drove home and it kept getting louder. I have taken my vehicle to do tire rotations in the past and have not had any issues. Perhaps the job was not perform correctly but I'm just going to avoid Jiffy lube in general. I'm glad that the tire rotation sevice didn't cost a leg or arm but maybe this next issue will. If anyone ask me for recommendations for light auto work Jiffy Lube will not be one of them. I returned and would like to say thank you to the team. The team took the car and looked into the problem and explained the situation.

The staff was extremely nice and professional. The worse experience is going to an auto shop and getting the rolling eyes and sighs, as if you're inconveniencing them for bringing in your car to get work done. I pulled up to the bay and one of the mechanics gave me a wave and a finger to tell me to hold on a minute. He came over and asked me how I was and what I'd like done. He was a happy fella and I knew right away my car was in good hands. As I waited in the lobby a different gentleman beckoned me over to talk. He confirmed the service (oil change & tire rotation) I was doing, showed me my filters, and explained the other recommended service for the mileage on my car. I'd trust my car with this location because I had just gotten my air & cabbon filter changed a year ago and haven't done much driving so I knew they'd be fine. When they showed me my real filters and not some dirty ones to fool me into buying the new ones, I knew I could trust these guys with my car in the future. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the area!

It all depends on what type of oil and service you are needing! If you call them they can quote it over the phone. Merry Christmas!
