Planned Parenthood - Redding Health Center

I’ve never had a good experience with this planned parenthood facility. If you have any questions or issues and want to reach someone, you better plan on having to call 10 different times and be put on hold for an hour. The staff moves at a snails pace and is not helpful at all. I’ve scheduled an appointment for birth control pill refill before, the lobby was empty and it was still 2 hours before I got out of there. They also drew my blood without warning me they would be beforehand. Do not come to this facility.

I had my nexplanon implant removed and a pelvic exam here. Everyone was wonderful and very kind and made sure to explain everything they were doing. I would definitely come here for similar health services again

Always been taken such great care of at this place. Planned parenthood has always been such a helpful place for women and men! Thank you so much for keeping me healthy, especially when I really need a doctor in a pinch!
